Service times

In common with every other church in the UK, we are following Government guidelines to not meet for worship and keep our 'social distance'.

But 'Church' was never a meeting, or a building, or a social event. Jesus talked about "The Kingdom", which he described as like yeast. Though small, insignificant even compared to the weight of dough that it's mixed with, it makes a profound impact.

Coronavirus is a challenge and presents us with some serious theological questions. But our calling remains the same - to be 'Church' where we are in our witness for Jesus in both word and action.

Church members are receiving regular epistles from our minister, Laura over the next few weeks. We encourage you to make use of the wealth of resources going online from many churches around the country, and to make special use of this time to pray more, read more (especially the Bible) and to get to know God more.

We also encourage you to join with Churches Together in England in asking you to put a lighted candle in your window every Sunday evening at 7pm as a mark of prayer for the nation.

Keep safe and God Bless.
